AUDIENCE CONCERNED
Captains and all officers of commercial ships (deck and machine),
Upstream: crew services personnel and technical arms services.
Anyone wishing to improve their knowledge of the functioning of the crew of a merchant vessel (CROSS, BEA investigators, etc.)
This internship comes directly from the CRM (cockpit resource management) internships in civil and military aeronautics that inspire the current recommendations of the IMO and P&I.
PREREQUISITES
Hold a seafarer’s medical certificate stating the seaworthiness of less than 12 months.
OBJECTIVES
Prevent accidents by better knowledge of the individual’s cognitive abilities,
Effective teamwork and use of reliability practices.
