Oxyacethylene process (7 hours):
– General definition of welding
– Process presentation and demonstration
– Weld Metal Free and Arc Tests
– Internal and external corner weld tests on test piece ep 2
– Full penetration weld test on sheet EP 15/10
– Presentation and demonstration of the oxycutting process
– Group flame cutting tests on 3 stations of different configurations

Electric arc process (8 hours):
– Health and safety in arc welding
– Presentation and demonstration of the coated electrode arc welding process
– Flat electrode tests.
– Comparative study of different processes: TIG, MIG-MAG, electrodes
– Internal angle electrode tests
– Design study of weld seams and preparations
– Electric Wheel Training
– Demonstration of full penetration weld method on chamfered test piece
– Realization of the test piece.
– Penetrant inspection.
– Tests on semi-automatic test piece with ventilated hood
