THEME : MARITIME DRUG TRAFFICKING

The speakers will be :

  • Captain Matthieu, former commander of the surveillance frigate Ventôse and the overseas support and assistance ship d’Entrecasteaux.
  • Chief Superintendent Mounir Moatassim, in charge of combating illegal activities and maritime security at the Office for State Action at Sea in the Navy’s Operations Headquarters.
  • Mr Arnaud Picard, 1st class director of customs services, deputy in charge of operational aspects for the national coastguard directorate.
