The ENSM stands against gender-based and sexual violence

As part of its actions to prevent and combat gender-based and sexual violence, the ENSM, French Maritime Academy, has set up a training plan.

Training sessions were provided : on July 5, 2022 for managers – September 20, 2022 for the Human resources department to learn how to process reports – September 21, 2022 for CHSCT members / prevention advisor and prevention assistants

On the afternoon of November 14 to November 15, 2022, the agents members of the Help Team (HR, professional equality person of contact, professors, Bureau for Students and Trainees agents, Maritime doctors and social workers from the maritime social service) were trained.

Two-hour awareness-raising sessions “acting against gender-based and sexual violence at work” for agents and students are scheduled in January 2023.
