Personnel in charge of emergency medical care or responsible for medical care on board any vessel of gross tonnage less than 500 not moving more than 200 miles from shore.
PREREQUISITES
Hold a seafarer’s medical certificate stating the seaworthiness of less than 12 months.
OBJECTIVES
Update skills of designated staff to:
– Provide emergency medical care or
– Ensure responsibility for medical care

– 6 hours dedicated to UV-PSEM
– 4 hours dedicated to UV-HPR and SE
– 6 hours dedicated to UV-AMMCT 2
