DECK OFFICER
The Deck Officer navigates and monitors the ship’s deck schedule under the direct authority of the Chief Officer and the Captain. He works closely with the engine department to carry out his duties.
Work schedule: 14 days at sea / 14 days off + 3 days off per month
Position based in Noumea
1-year fixed-term contract – ENIM 10 – Passage paid for (Ticket / Accommodation expenses at start of stay)
Persons with significant experience as Deck / Navigation / Safety Officer.
Up-to-date certification required: CFSS, CFBS, CAEERS, CQALI + minimum certificate of OCQP / OCQN or higher.
Rigour, autonomy and motivation are the qualities expected for this position.
