Join the teams of the Compagnie Polynésienne de Transport Maritime/ Aranui Cruises, based in Papeete (Tahiti) on the ship ARANUI 5, which offers regular cruises to the Tuamotus Islands, Marquesas Islands and Leeward Islands.

Your main tasks are :
– Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance on engine room components
– Recording activity data (malfunctions, infringements, incidents, etc.) on technical supports
– Managing
– The diesel service: delivery and ordering
– Bunkering in Papeete: On-board consumption, delivery
– Maintenance of the diesel circuit and daily transfers
– Participate in spare parts stock management
– Informing your superior of any safety-related problems
– Ensuring the application of procedures for the safety of personnel and the vessel.

Desired profile:
With OCQNM training and 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position, you are rigorous, organised and autonomous.
You are able to work as part of a team and organise consensus. You are able to analyse and summarise. You speak professional English and have a good command of IT tools and CMMS.

Terms and conditions of employment :
12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent contract (with the arrival of a 2nd vessel in 2026).
Regime: ENIM, 11th category
Rotation: 1.5 months / 1.5 months
