Join the teams of the Compagnie Polynésienne de Transport
Aranui Cruises, based in Papeete (Tahiti). The ARANUI 5 offers regular 11-day cruises to the Tuamotus Islands, Marquesas Islands and Leeward Islands.

Reporting to the Captain and his first mate:
– You will stand the bridge watch
– You will take part in manoeuvring operations
– You will be in charge of the navigation, safety and environment departments
– You will take part in familiarising the bridge team and in safety and security drills.
– You will apply and enforce the Company’s policy on safety, environmental protection and health on board.

Desired profile:
An OCQNM graduate with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position, you are rigorous, organised and autonomous.
You know how to work in a team and organise consensus. You are able to analyse and summarise. You are fluent in professional English and have a good command of IT tools and CMMS.

Terms and conditions of employment:
12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract (with the arrival of a 2nd vessel in 2026).
Regime: ENIM, 11th category
Rate of rotation: 1.5 months / 1.5 months
Contract start date: 22 February 2024
