MACHINE OFFICER
The Engine Officer is responsible for engine operation and maintenance of the ship’s equipment under the direct authority of the Chief Engineer and the Captain. They work closely with the deck department to carry out their duties.
Work schedule: 14 days at sea / 14 days off + 3 days holiday per month
Position based in Noumea.
1-year fixed-term contract – ENIM 10 – Passage paid (ticket/accommodation expenses at start of stay)
Persons with significant experience as a Mechanic Officer.
Up-to-date certification required: CFSS, CFBS, CAEERS, CQALI + minimum certificate of OCQM (15 000) / OCQN or more.
Rigour, autonomy and motivation are the qualities expected for this position.
