Looking to hire out boats for summer 2025.
Seasonal positions on fixed-term contract or work placement.
Several host and hostess positions to be filled, including :
6 positions from 1 July to 31 August.
3 positions from 21 July to 22 August.
Reporting to the base manager, the receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and informing customers, completing rental contracts, answering telephone calls to make appointments and ensuring that rentals run smoothly.
Main tasks :
-Operational and commercial management, customer relations:
-Optimising the planning and availability of boats.
-Welcoming customers (by telephone and in person), taking charge of the boats and explaining safety instructions and nautical charts for the sailing area.
-Invoicing and collection, drawing up rental contracts.
-Carrying out checks after each return and ensuring the cleanliness of all units offered for hire.
-Promoting rental offers to tourists.
-Participating in advertising campaigns published on social networks.
-Advise customers on choosing the right boat for their capacity and needs. Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent interpersonal skills and a very sound knowledge of boating and yachting.

-Organising and preparing the boats:
-Organising and actively participating in boat cleaning operations.
-Knowing how to check the condition of the equipment so as to always maintain a high level of quality.
-Carry out daily checks in order to inform the technical team if any work needs to be done.
Skills and attitudes:
-Demonstrate dynamism, autonomy and initiative.
-Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
-Possess a sea licence and be keenly interested in the sea and sailing.
Previous experience of sailing or motoring for leisure, study or work is required.

-Fluent English essential.
-Comfortable using IT tools and social networks.
-Flexibility, as this is a seasonal position, with a variable number of hours (even at weekends) depending on the clientele and the weather.
-Particular interest in teamwork.
-You must be in very good physical condition, as this job involves a lot of boat washing and handling.

-Accommodation paid for by the company if required (shared with other seasonal workers, but each with their own room), in which case a vehicle is essential.
Remuneration: from €11.88/hour, even as part of an internship, basket bonus, profit-sharing bonus.
