Le Havre marina welcomes around 2,000 visiting boats a year. It is the essential gateway to Le Havre. With a view to promoting a strong image for our marina and offering the best possible quality of service, welcoming yachtsmen who come to Le Havre is a priority during the summer season.
That’s why we’re looking for a seasonal worker for the 2025 season, whose main tasks will be as follows:
o Regular checking of visitor pontoons and updating of the marina management software (‘Alizée’)
o Helping to moor boats arriving for a stopover
o Welcoming visitors, invoicing and collecting at the marina office
o Providing customers with the essential information they need (local shops, etc.)
o Answering the telephone and redirecting calls according to demand.

The following skills are required:
o Organised, rigorous, autonomous
o Versatile
o Friendly, smiling, good listening skills (customer relations)
o Ability to report to line management
o Computer skills (Office software)
o Interest in yachting appreciated

o Desired training/level of experience :
o A-levels
o Driving licence required
o Coastal licence would be a plus
o English required (Read Spoken Written)
o Professional experience, knowledge of the working environment would be appreciated
o Knowledge of the yachting industry would be a plus

The position requires availability from 16/06/2025 to 17/08/2025 or from 01/07/2025 to 17/08/2025.
It involves working at weekends according to a schedule drawn up in advance.
