Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the technical monitoring of the vessels for which you are responsible.

As such, you will be responsible for :

Day-to-day support for sailors: responding to their technical problems and helping them to analyse and resolve faults.
-Managing technical purchases: validating orders according to technical specifications and ensuring that they meet operational requirements.
-Key contact for suppliers
Supervision of on-board teams: organising and supervising technical work carried out on board.
-Damage management: being the main point of contact for monitoring and resolving technical incidents.

The position:
Based in Dieppe with travel in Europe (NL/UK mainly) for training and vessel monitoring to be expected, the position is to be filled immediately subject to availability.

Good oral and written English is essential.
